It says you can modify "build\mingw32.cmake" Which does not seem to exist.
Should it be deleted? How do you modify CROSS and CROSSQT?

These instructions do still work in general, but the MinGW build is no longer supported (and this particular part has gone a while ago,but you can use the bat file for this), go for MSVC instead.
Feel free to update those build instructions
