Double barline does not span multiple staves to match normal barline
Is this a bug, or is there a setting that needs to change for the double barlines to span multiple staves? (Notice the normal barlines span multiple staves)
I am using OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.5.5992, revision: 58dd23d

Try to select the barline and use Inspector-> Span to next Staff

That worked. Thank you. Any way to change system wide? I'm not sure why it behaves differently for double barlines.

For the record, regular barlines are automatically generated but double barlines are obviously not - they have to be created explicitly by the user. RIght now, MuseScore doesn't mess with user-created barlines. But of course, in this case you probably want it to. So that what my PR does, it goes ahead and updates the span for non-generated barlines. Hopefully the change will be in 3.1
