How to insert notes like this?
I don't know how many Musescore users can insert notes like that
Can you help me how to insert like that? (See the part that has an arrow in the pictures below)

You probably need some 'actual duration' that is longer then the regular time signature (or need to use tuplets with hidden bracket/number) and some hidden rests

I've used tuplets (which keeps the payback speed), check the attached, just those 3 measures

I would increase the duration of the measure. In version 3 I would use the insert mode. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/note-input-modes#timewise and then adjust the beams and then make them small in the inspector.
