Soundfont not in mp3/video on YouTube
I just realize something agitating.
I used a soundfont and it all sounds the same when I downloaded the mp3 file. So does that mean that I don't have to upload mp3 file when I'm sending videos to YouTube so that the soundfont would be in the video?
Then how do I have an mp3 file with the soundfont texture when I'm editing videos. I can't think of any other way other than recording the audio from the MuseScore's Software which the audio quality worsens when it's in the Dynamic F or above.

Hey,
did you save the synthesizer to score?

Yes,
of course I did try that.

That's weird. It works for me when I do File > Export > mp3 after that.

Ok, I thought about it more. maybe your Export settings are bad?
Make sure the quality is at highest. If that's not the issue, try turning off the normalization and possibly lowering the volume in synthesizer (and saving to score after).

It's under edit->Preferences.

What does un-checking the normalize box do?

It doesn't normalize the audio output.
So scores with a low volume (lower dynamics, like p) don't get made louder to take advantage of the full range available

Thats what I thought too (about normalization), but I spend some time testing it and didn't see any difference. Do you know if it works?
I've tried lowering dynamics, lowering master volume and lowering instrument volume in mixer, but the track always comes out exactly as loud from export, regardless if normalization is enabled or not. The only difference was that enabling normalization added extra 0.3 seconds of silence to the end of the track. The waves are identical.

Also, thanks. I didn't know we could export it from the software. I usually download the MP3 from my upload on my profile.........
