Musescore 3 wont open anymore, Musescore 3 öffnet nicht mehr
Ich habe seit 2,3 Wochen Musescore3 installiert und damit auch einige male problemlos gearbeitet. Auf einmal öffnet es sich nicht mehr, auf der Taskleiste erscheint zwar das entsprechende Symbol, ansonsten geschieht jedoch gar nichts. Ich habe es bereits komplett deinstalliert und neu herunter geladen, konnte das Problem aber nicht beheben. Da ich nicht sehr Computer versiert bin, bräuchte ich eine klick-für-klick-Anleitung, was ich tun soll. Ähnliche Artikel oder Einträge konnten mir daher nicht helfen. Ich habe Windows10.

I have been installing Musescore3 for 2.3 weeks and have worked with it several times without any problems. Suddenly it doesn't open anymore, on the taskbar the corresponding icon appears, but nothing else happens. I already uninstalled it completely and downloaded it again, but couldn't fix the problem. Since I'm not very computer-savvy, I would need a click-by-click guide to what to do. Similar articles or entries couldn't help me. I have Windows10.

I did this, but it still doesn't work. Musescore, which I've used for years with no issues, suddenly opens to a blank screen and hangs. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, this resetting to factory settings.... What now? Running Windows 7. No significant changes to the computer before this occurred.

That reinstall is only helpful in rare cases, factory reset much more often helps. If it doesn't here, try using the -w option instead of -F, maybe for some reason, some Windows update for example, prevents MuseScore from accessing the Web?

I have the same problem - just a black screen appears (it tries to open the main window but failes) Can't close can't choose anything..
Were you able to fix it?? HOW?
(I have an MacBook - McOS Mojave)

Press Esc to cancel out of that initial black screen.
It is the screen asking permission to send/use telemetry data and pressing Escape is the same as not giving consent.
If you then later do wish to opt in for telemetry, you can do so in the advanced properties window.
