Font size in cresc. is not scaled when scaling part in MS 3.0.5
When scaling down a part staff, such as a violin in the pianist score of a violin and piano piece, if there is a cresc. mark, its size is not scaled accordingly, but kept at full size. This doesn't happen with dynamic marks such as p or mf, which are scaled correctly. If one reduces the font size from 12 pt to 10 pt using the "Font size core" (by the way, "core" stands for...?) in the inspector, the full score looks better, but when the violin part is generated, it recovers its full size while the 10 pt keeps being 10 pt, so it looks a bit too small.
I haven't tested what happens with other text styles such as staff text or expression text, but I think all of them should scale with the staff since are indications for other instrument/voice, which are not relevant details while reading.

Is for the crescendo's text style the box "size following space setting" ticked?

Sorry, I cannot find that setting. I find "hairpin" in text styles, which is the closest item, and it is indeed ticked. However, I'm not sure if scaling a staff is the same as changing space setting, since this is a global setting from the page settings.
Another bug already fixed for 3.1 - see #286645: Elements not scaling with staff size
