Score Problem

• May 25, 2019 - 03:32

I Have just finished transcribing "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" which I purchased from "Sheet Music Plus". When I play the score back a strange problem occurs. The crotchet notes that are before a crotchet rest sound as quavers and if there are just 2 minums in the bar it sounds like 2 crotchets. I have tried rewriting the music on a new score but the same thing happens.
I hope someone can help.

Can you tell us where that happens? Measure 4 seems to play the crotchets correctly.

Also, you attached the backup copy rather then the last version you saved, so the results may be a little different.

I had to break out my British to American dictionary to sort out the problem, but I managed.

I agree with the other, the playback is fine here. You score indicates you used version 3.0.5 and a version of windows. The only thing it doesn't tell us is which sound font you are using. It's possible the problem is there. If you're not using one of the MuseScore_General soundfonts, then try one of them and see if there's a difference.
