Where do I get Audiveris so I can convert my PDF scores to the MSCZ type?

Use File->Import from the MuseScore menu and it will take you to a web page where you can upload your PDF.
Or you can run Audiveris yourself http://audiveris.org which produces MusicXML files which you can import into MuseScore.

If https://musescore.com/import doesn't give a decent enough result (and it does not, check attached), transcribe manually, that one page shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes.
