Click view and put check mark for palletes,palletes always indicate at right side of screen.
However I want to indicate master palletes instead of above.
Hope you understand what I want to do and for answer.

The palettes (basic and advanced) are undockable and resizable. But in the horizontal format they would become unusable. The General Palette is a dialog box that cannot be docked, its resizing is partial and it will always remain in the foreground.
