only an idea, nice if the plug in note names would follow when the note is transposed . A minor detail...

It can't, it picks the pitches at the time it runs, and adds them as staff text, later changes are not seen by those.
You can use the new named notedheads instead though, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/notehead-scheme, those to follow pitch changes.
