Tempo not changeable

I recently updated from 2.3.2 to 3.10 (latest) and I am not able to change the tempo of the work that I converted over. Tempo markings work temporarily, but if you change their value it gets set back to 120, and if you save it also puts it back at 120. This only seems to happen on one score, and other scores that were converted over seem to work fine.

Delete the parts. Change tempo. Re-generate parts.

Possibly easier (esp. if the parts have been customized a lot already): switch score and all parts to page view, change tempo
