Time Signature, Doubling itself
I've deleted the bar several time and when I try to insert the 6/8, it appear twice, even when dragging and dropping... any help?

Most likely #279925: Permanent courtesy time sig and key sig before system/page break when toggling in Continuous View and/or Parts
Definitely a bug, but in order to understand better, we would need to see the actual score, not just a picture of it.

The bug "double Time Signature 6/8" still appears in "OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.2.7534, revision: c893c61". The actual score is following. The bug happened in two places: in measure 27 and 29 respectively. 我和我的祖国.mscz

Can't open the file that with a Chinese filename, BTW, is another bug. You can save the file, rename it with a western name, then you should be able to open it. This bug happened in older releases.

The bug that creates these should be fixed now, but any existing score that already had them (won't be fixed automatically. To fix this in existing scores, go to Format / Style / Page, disable courtesy time signature, save, reload, then turn you can turn courtesy time signatures back on.
