Separating translation between the user interface translation and score translation.
Hello,
Using a number of languages in the music sheet, I would really like to have a separating translation between the language of the interface and the language used in the partition. It may seem trivial but it is really an important feature for me, and it does not seem to me excessively complicated to set up, and if it's a little more work for the translations, it allows to better separate the different things.

I guess you mean the various resources of the translations, tours, musescore and instruments, I guess?

Yes, the user interface on one side, the content on the other, in other word the edited score with the languages used for tempo, dynamics etc.
My usage case/goal (which may be similar to yours): use the program in Afrikaans, but have the score in English.
I switch to English, start the new score, and once all instruments have been selected, switch to Afrikaans. This is a workaround, admittedly.

Yes it's work, and I do this. It’s a mental gymnastics that keeps me young, but I don’t need it. Especially since I do not completely understand the logic of the classification of the palette which is not alphabetical.

It can't be alphabetical, due to translations.
