How To Create Custom Workspace?

At the guide it says;

"Select an existing workspace: use the drop-down list at the bottom of the workspace panel if required;"

I couldn't find a drop-down list on the left palette.

But, it's also no longer necessary, you can edit the Basic or Advanced workspaces directly, and it changes to "edited" automatically (and can be reset via View / Workspaces).
