Creating Shortcuts from Scratch MS 3.3
Hi All,
Is there a way to define a brand new shortcut?
Maybe through a Macro or from the code for the current list if it's
not restricted.
Since we're here, Is there a Macro function available?
Please no "at your own risk" warnings. I'm used to breaking things.

Yesn't.
You can assign shortcuts to plugins; and you can use a plugin to execute existing predefined actions.
You can create a plugin and assign a shortcut to it. Be careful assigning shortcuts to plugins because MuseScore does not check for conflicts between plugin shortcuts and other hotkeys/shortcuts.
