Musescore 3.2.3 crashes when copy lyrics in Ubuntu Studio 19.10
Hi, gang!!!
I use Musescore 3.2.3 with Ubuntu Studio 19.10 (64 bits Linux), and Jack Audio Connection Kits (jackd & jackd2 1.9.12).
Each time I try to copy some lyrics from a voice to another, with the standard [CONTROL + C] and [CONTROL + V] keyboard procedure, Musescore crashes, without any kind of message.
Nothing works, nothing responds. I can click any key of the keyboard, but... NOTHING!!!
I have to close the app with the [MOUSE RIGHT CLICK] and [CLOSE] standard way.
Is it a known bug? or... Is there something specifically wrong in my PC?
I don't remember I had this issue with Ubuntu Studio 18.04.3 (I didn't use Musescore with the Ubuntu Studio 19.04 version because I just used it from some hours to get the last 19.10 version).
Some idea about how to work around this issue?
I'm talking about some idea rather than to write the lyrics... Manually.
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!
JUAN

As usual, in order to investigate, we need a sample score and precise steps to reproduce. Most likely it's something specific about what you are coying or where you are copying to.

Hi, Marc!!!
I'm not so sure if some specific score helps with this.
I got to copy some lyrics parts, but... The program took a long, long, long, long time to end the lyrics copying.
BTW: The file I'm uploading was made with Musescore 2 and it was a chorus arrangement, originally. I had to copy from some voice to another voice, a lot of times, to get the final male quartet arrangement. Also, I couldn't get the normal staff crossing bar lines, which I'm sure is an issue about all files created with Musescore 2 when we use it with Musescore 3. Some bug? Some idea to work around this? ...?

Thanks for the score, but we also need precise steps to reproduce the problem.

Sorry, Marc!!!
The steps I did:
1) I selected lyrics from one voice (whatever), using the right click mouse and clicked on the "SELECT ALL THE SAME ITEMS IN THE SAME STAFF" option.
2) I used the standard [CONTROL + C] command.
3) I put the cursor on the lyrics place of another voice (whatever) and used the standard [CONTROL + V] command.
Musescore tooks a lot of time to perform the required copy/paste operation.
The most weird thing is... THIS BEHAVOUR IS NOT ALWAYS PRESENT!!!
Sometimes, the copy/paste operation is quick, so quick as we expect. But, sometimes...
So... I don't know what to think!!!

I don't see any notes that don't already have lyrics, so it's not clear what I should copy or where I should paste it. So please tell us exactly what you are copying, exactly where you are pasting. But I tried a couple of things and couldn't get it to fail.

Sorry, Marc!!! It's my fault: I uploaded the score with the lyrics already copied. I don't have the original anymore. Sorry for that!!!
But... I insist it is not related with some specific score. I guess this behavour could be present with any large score (more than 10 pages).
