Page Format resets after selecting 'Landscape'

1) Select Format / Page Settings
-> Dialog shows Page Format as 'A4'
2) Select Page Format 'Folio (8.27 x 13 in)'
-> Dialog shows Page Format as 'Folio (8.27 x 13 in)', Width=210.06 mm and Height=330.20 mm (sse first screenshot)
3) Select 'Landscape'
-> Dialog shows Width and Heigth exchanged, but Page Format is back to 'A4' (see second screenshot)
When printing the score the printer driver receives page format as 'A4' and selects the paper format A4 insted of Folio.

Do you click Apply or OK button, after selecting the page format?

No, I don't click 'Apply' or 'OK' after selecting page format. Only after selecting the 'Landscape' orientation I press 'Apply'.
In the meantime i found out that, after selecting page format 'Folio', when I change the 'Width' setting from 210.06 mm to 210.10 mm (!) the page format remains at 'Folio' after changing to 'Landscape'.
Looks to me like the page format is selected based on the values in Width / Height, not vice cersa. I would expect the page format remains the same when just changing the orientation.
