Arpeggio/Glissando's Stretch Speed can't be changed even after manually setting the speed.

Compare the the Glissando at 0:10 and 1:49. The one at the beginning is quicker than the one at the end. I setted the speed at 0.50 yet the one at the end sounds like 1.00.
I did delete the Glissando and manually label and set it again but it still didn't work. Is there a way to overcome this bug?

It's impossible to say anything from pictures, even moving pictures. You'd need to attach your score in order for us to understand and assist.

Please tell us exactly how to reproduce the problem. I couldn't find any glissandi in your score but there are tons of arpeggios. Which measure(s) are you having trouble with?

At bar 45.
I didn't really do anything extraordinary, the bug still remains even after restarting my desktop. Does it have to do with system requirements? Because mine's pretty old.
Both are too fast for me to really perceive much at all, but the roll editor tells me something is indeed weird with the timing of the notes in bar 45. So, I removed the arpeggio and re-added it, it seems normal to me. But again, it's too fast for me to really perceive a difference.
