Page Size
Since downloading the latest version of Musescore, the page size has now defaulted to custom. Every time I exctract a part or start a new score, I have to reset the page size to A4. Is there a way of changing the page size to A4?

What custom size specifically? And how are you creating new scores - from a template, or using Choose Instruments? What OS? Do you have a custom style file selected in Edit / Preferences / Score? And which version behaved differently for you?
Normally, default page size comes from the default paper size of the default printer on your system. On Linux systems this mechanism doesn't work as expected, but as far as I know it's been that way for quite some times.

The printer had been used to print envelopes and had retained the size as the default setting. You've sloved my problem.
