Step for reproduce

If I write II642 I get the right line (see image Fbass1)
If I write II#642 the column is incorrect (see image Fbass2)

A simple workaround is also appreciated

I think that's your problem. When saying "II" in G major or minor (I gather), A or A7 (with major third) is implied. The third inversion of the A7 is 6 4 2 of II ... 6 4+ 2 (or 6 #4 2) is a figured-bass notation, where raising of the fourth must be conveyed this way. In Roman Numeral Notation, it is implicit in the indicated majorness of II. It is not a chromatic modification of II7, but II7 itself (in third inversion).
