FYI (in spite of the family resemblance), that is Roman Numeral Notation, not figured bass, in MuseScore terms.

I think that's your problem. When saying "II" in G major or minor (I gather), A or A7 (with major third) is implied. The third inversion of the A7 is 6 4 2 of II ... 6 4+ 2 (or 6 #4 2) is a figured-bass notation, where raising of the fourth must be conveyed this way. In Roman Numeral Notation, it is implicit in the indicated majorness of II. It is not a chromatic modification of II7, but II7 itself (in third inversion).

Please forget the Roman numeral (although in many books see Piston's Harmony and written as I indicate).
I'll ask you a simple question: how do I line up 6 #4 and 2?
After selecting basso continuo, I write 6 + 42 or 64 # 2 or 6 # 42, but the alignment does not work.
Please use basic English otherwise I don't understand

Yes. There is no issue here (except maybe the Italian doc needs improvement?)
