duplicating a group of measures and inserting them
I am wanting to repeat a group of 8 measures instead of using a repeat sign and adding additional lyrics. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you. Meg

Measures are inserted using Add / Measures. Measures can be duplicated the usual copy and paste commands (eg, click a measure, shift+click another to select; Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl+V to paste). For the special case of copying a group of measures so that the copy starts right after the original, simply select the measures and press "R". See the Handbook for more information on the various ways of selecting and copying things.

Nifty. So, add 8 measures where you want the duplicate to be, highlight the measures you want to duplicate, then hit R on your keyboard.
