Adding a forte-fortissimo changes snare drum balance
I was wondering if it was just my headphones, but it wasn't them. Adding this specific change makes snare drums pan right.

I don't know how you added these notes. Indeed on my system the triple forte snare pans right. I added a measure and it seems to stay center on my system.
Apparently it's only a bug with Power 3 sound
