Text frame after page break

I am working on a document where each page has the notes for a song on the top. After that, I'd like to have a text box/frame with the text for additional verses before continuing with the next song on the next page.

Is there a natural way to do this in musescore? I've tried to create a text frame, but I cannot find a way to create a text frame following a measure with a page break. I can only find options to "insert" the text frame (which puts it either before the page break-measure or on the following page) or "append" it, which puts it at the end of the document.

Currently, I'm using offset staff text, but it seems like a hacky workaround when the behavior I want is usually provided by a text frame, so I suspect I am missing something.
