Definitely via F2 and special characters (but that seems a lot of work).
Copy and paste seems to work for me as well.

Copy/Paste didn't work for me, as I had that Russian song (Ой, мороз, мороз) only on paper
I once did it with Russian, worked, but was quite painful, one character at a time from the F2 palette.
