instruments_de.xml

Hi folks

Here's a first go at a translation of instruments.xml from the trunk into German. Works with 1.0 (too)

Note that I added one 'instrumnt', the Countertenor. It is missign from instruments.xml (both, 1.0 and trunk), but present in 1.0's istruments_de.xml (and presumably in the trunk too, as that is older ?!?).
Someone with deeper knowledge should better check this entry, esp.the ranges and then add them to instruments.xml too.

There are still translations missing, esp. in the drums/percussion section, but all the ones that existed so far are all in as well as lots of others.
