Measure numbers doesn't care about Voltas

^- That's how I like it to count
7 [8]_1 :|| [8]_2 | 9 | 10
Currently it's like this:
7 [8]_1 :|| [9]_2 | 10 | 11

Okay I know it maybe depend on the definition of what is a measure.
However a volta 'says' that there's a second ending,
but this has should still the same measure number.

Update:
Okay found some nice workaround.
The 'Measure properties' dialog has some checkbox called
'Exclude from measure count'

That solves kinda solves the problem.
