Tuba and b Tuba have the same key

Hello,
I've noticed, that the Tuba and the bTuba have the same key!
When I write a piece for BrassQuintett that causes e keyproblem.
When the song is ready and it comes to print out the sheet, I've to transpose the Tuba or Euphonium part
Also I thought that the Euphonium should have the same key as the bTuba.
It has the same key ass a trombone!

For me that's an error.

In fact Bb Tuba, Euphonium and even Trombone are non-transposition instruments. Though they are tuned in Bb, usually the music in these instruments are noted in concert key.
