1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter note.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Drag two appoggiaturas to the first note.
6. Select an appoggiatura.
7. Flip stem direction.

Result: The stroke does not move.

Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (4616) - Mac 10.6.8.
