Fix what? Please elaborate.
The scores attached to the original report do not open in MuseScore - they report an XML error involving a font tag. The font used for the Title filed contains special characters that apparently MuseScore cannot handle.
To fix the problem in your scores, open the MSCZ file in any ZIP program, extract the MSCX file within it, and delete any "font" tags you see that contain special characters (or just replace the font name with something else).
I don't know if these font names are actually valid or how they were embedded into the score. Did you import this score via MusicXML (or some other format), or was it created from scratch within MuseScore? Is this a font on your system? What is the name supposed to be (right note it says "cafÈ & brewery" but with some strange unreadable character between the two words (not actually "&").
It is the & in the font name that thows MuseScore off track. As mentioned above, extract the mscx from the mscx and with a plain text editor replace the "&" with "&"

We'd need to know how this came about and whether you can still reproduce the problem, it might well have been fixed meanwhile, in 2.1, in a way it won't happen anymore, but would still fail on these 'broken' files, we had several similar issues that got fixed
