Ties should be able to pass over repeat lines

When a note is on the end of a bar, just before a repeat line (or other mechanism [such as D.C.] that sends the play head to another bar), ties (and slurs) should be able to pass over the mechanism to a note where the play head is sent to. An example of what I mean is given as an attachment.
