As said, please use the Forum, not the issue tracker
You have one Segno ('segno') two Codas (both named "codab"), two To Coda ('coda') and two D.S al Coda (with identical jump targets 'jump to: segno', 'play until :coda', 'continue at: codab'), so no wonder MuseScore gets confused. A human reader does get confused too.
You also use a staff text "take repeats', while this is something human readers understand, MuseScore currently does not, so it won't playback as you intend
