Special Note (I don't know what the notes are called...)
I do not know if this has already been asked since I do not know what kind of note it is. The notes are connected by a beam and they have half-note heads. I suppose I saw this kind of notes at the first movement of Pathetique and the Pastoral Symphony of Dvorak.
If this has been implemented before, I don't know how to do it.

You can change the notehead of any note with right click -> note properties -> Notehead type.

The notes on the first measure. I do not know how to do this effect... The notes are played by repeating the first two notes twice, and then moves on to the other.

See //musescore.org/en/handbook/tremolo , as per that it is done differently and looks different too
And currently tremolos don't play in MusScore.
