[Website] Links containing to pages with an ampersand (&) do not work

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a page or forum post and write: Arpeggio & Glissando (enclose the text in double brackets to make it a link)
2. Save (or Preview) the post and click on the link

Expected behavior: The link should take you to the corresponding handbook page:
//musescore.org/en/handbook/arpeggio-glissando

Actual behavior: Unfortunately the link takes you to the wrong URL:
//musescore.org/en/freelinking/Arpeggio%2520%2526amp%253B%2520Glissando

Status (old) active ⇒ won't fix

To hard to fix unfortunately without serious hacking. Instead, let's avoid using & in the handbook page titles.
