Distorted audio various Sound fonts, in version 2.0.3
I'm having an issue with distorted audio in version 2.0.3, I have tried the following soundfonts and they all do it, it affects all instruments but is most noticeable on strings and piano sounds:-
FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3
GeneralUser GS v1.47.sf2
TimGM6mb.sf2
acoustic_grand_piano_ydp_20080910.sf2
Although this is running on a fairly low specification laptop, Musescore has always run well on it:-
Windows 10
CPU Celeron T3000 and 2GB RAM, Realtek High Definition Audio
The problem occurs with all Musescore i/o audio preference settings and is NOT dependent on the size of score, it will distort with just instrument and 1 note.
I have uninstalled and re-installed and the problem remains. I have then installed the previous version 2.0.2 and this does not have the issue, I also installed the nightly build 3.0.0 cfbff1e and this is also OK.

Sounds like you probably turned up the volume in the synthesizer for 2.0.2, because its default was on the low side, but now that the default is better, you need to reset back to the default. Reinstalling doesn't address that; try Help / Revert to Factory Settings.
