I think it's only doing the first staff

I think it's only analyzing the first staff in my file. First it did only the melody staff, then I removed it and now it's only doing the top piano staff. See Screenshot.

I'm attaching the musescore file.

Thank you for the feedback. I will have time to look more closely at this issue in a few days. In the meantime, I suggest you select parts of the staves and run the plugin on these parts only, it should work better.
Also note that the plugin cannot detect the chord if it has only two notes at an octave (like in the first bar in your piano staff, or the chord at the first beat of the following bars). It needs at least a root and a third (fifth may be missing).
