Playing different notes on repeat
To the people who runs this,
Can we have a note property or setting that allows a note to play or mute on different playbacks?
Like, if I want to write a song, and I want the verses to be in the same measure, most likely there will be notes that differs progression from certain verses, but the program will not recognize that. Currently, it seems that each notes has to be played simultaneously rather than separately on different playbacks.

Correct. MuseScore is primarily a notation program and focuses on giving you the most flexibility in that respect - so the program does "recognize" this. But sometimes there isn't quite so much flexibility for the secondary aspect of playback. If for some reason it is really important, you can create a second copy of the score in which the repeats are written out. Some day when there is less work to do on the notation side of things, more flexibility in playback may also come along (and to some extent this is already happening).
