Templates show odd key signature behaviour for transposing instruments

Hello there,

when creating a new template and *not* saving in concert pitch, a newly created score will have wrong accidentials. As an example please find a brass band template attached. Brass Bands have lot of transposing instruments in e flat and b flat.

When saving the template in transposed view (non-concert-pitch) and creating a new score in e.g. F major, clicking "concert pitch" will add a wrong key signature:
E flat instruments are shown with an A flat key signature, B flat instruments will get an E flat key signature and non-transposing instruments will correctly stay the way they are. This is very odd!

Using MuseScore 1.1 Rev. 4611 on Gentoo.
