Finding templates in mac computer

I want to create my own template and use it. For that i created a score sheet and saved as .mscx and i find it difficult to locate and paste the file which i created. I searched the help file they say to look at the "/Applications/MuseScore.app/Contents/Resources/templates". when i click the musescore from the applications folder, only the musescore application is getting opened. Can you please help me to locate the exact path?
