Enable split/join measure commands with linked parts
One of the users in the Facebook support group hit this (intended; see this comment of #51401: Split and join measure commands corrupt linked parts]) limitation.
Could these commands be re-enabled even if a score already has linked parts?

Somehow missed #99356: measures cannot be combined or splitted, if the file already has parts before submitting, apologies.
