Submit Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) form
We received a request from the Department of Veteran Affairs Section 508 Office in the US (va.gov) to provide a VPAT. Here is the full request:

The Department of Veteran Affairs Section 508 Office, is currently reviewing
COTS products that they are currently using (or a request internally for
purchase/use has been made) to ensure that the products are Section 508
conformant. Your product, MuseScore, has been identified as one that the
Department of the Veterans Affairs is using. Can you please send information
available, such as, a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or
product description regarding Section 508?

It's important to note that MuseScore may not be a so called COTS product (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commercial_off-the-shelf). But this may apply to all FLOSS software such as Firefox and OpenOffice, and yet they have such a VPAT.
Wow, I checked out the VPAT document. That's some serious detail! Haven't had time to really study it, but at first glance, it seems a good chunk won't apply to us but the rest is meaningful stuff to answer and to think about for future development.
