Custom Measure Numbers
Is there any way to change measure numbers? I'm transcribing sections of music from "Legally Blonde" the musical, and pit orchestra music sometimes has measure numbers with letters, such as "measure 54A," "measure 54B," etc. I'd also like to start a piece at a measure number other than "1".
