Process Failure

Well now, I tried to upload a score to Musescore.com. but after 30 or so minutes, it said, "We're sorry but your score could not be processed." Why did this happen? D:

I received the same error for the last three pieces that I uploaded today. The same problem occurred last night but this morning it seemed to had been corrected...alas, I guess not. Hope it gets corrected soon.

Thanks for reporting this. It's a problem with the processing servers that came up during the (our) night, but we are on it now. We'll keep you informed when it's fixed.

A processing server stopped working and while we have things in place to relaunch halted processing servers, this one slipped through and caused the malfunction of the complete processing flow. It has been fixed now. Thanks again for reporting and for your patience.
