Chordnames
I want to change the distance between the chord name and the staff.
After searching forums for a solution, and trying them all - none work.
- Right click on the chord, change Y = chords disappear.
- Style/Edit Text/Chordnames, change Y = chords disappear.

The second one above does work; you just may need to save and reload the score. Do be sure you are using the current version - 1.2. Actually, the disappearing chords is just a temporary glitch; that always goes away after a reload. But if you change Y using text properties, your change is ignored upon reload, since chords are not ordinary text and are regenerated on the fly according to the rules in the Chrodname styles (general and text) you have selected.
BTW, you can also select all chords (right click one, select all similar) then ctrl-drag.
