Arpeggio settings required

There should be options to modify how fast an arpeggio is played.
And also to choose whether it ends at the time of that beat or start at the time of that beat (I think most scores requires the former, so ending at the time of that beat should be the default).

Update: I have tested and found that starting at the time of that beat is currently default in version 1.2.5470. However I would like to have it changed. Because I think most scores requires the change, and softwares like Overture behaves like this, too.

What I mean is,
currently,
