slide bass ?

I'm tryin to make a slide between two notes on a bass guitar staff.
I tried glissando but it plays each note between the notes, this is not a slide.
I tried the "slide", but it doesn't play anything....
Any idea please ?

If your notes span an interval of max 3.5tones you can get the desired playback effect by using a bend (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/bends).

Otherwise you're out of luck until this feature gets implemented: #127341: Add Glissando playback style portamento

And, yeah, maybe you will find yourself writing for the eventual human player, understanding (and, accepting) that, at least for now, MuseScore will not ... [yet ...!] ... be able to imitate the same thing on playback. (C’est la guerre ...)
