No new time signatures in master palette possible.
Tested with Windows XP, SP3, Media-Center-Edition 2002 ( German)

Hi,
My steps, to show the problem:
View --> master palette --> time signatures --> values: 9 and 4 (for example).
But nothing happens.
Short: I´m unable to create new time signatures in the master palette.

It's better searching in the issue tracker for the issue before submitting it. If you don't plan to fix the problem by yourself, don't assign yourself to the bug.
