Adding MIDI control command into score

I require a feature to insert MIDI control command in score. For example, change voice, change controller, etc.

In the attachment is a screenshot showing the similar feature that Overture has. (The Overture software I am using is a partly Chinese-translated version)

The first part of the screenshot is the text label's appearance (font style, text content, ...), the second part is MIDI commend.
These radio buttons are none, tempo, path, play voice no., and a checkbutton called change tone.
The options in path section are voice style, controller (with a value entry on the right), change program (or called voice).
