Menus remain disabled after opening a file
With the 2012-07-07 nightly build on Mac OS X 10.6.8:
Launch the application, then immediately open a file from the "Open Recent" menu. The file opens, but all items in the Create, Notes, Layout, Style, and Display menus remain disabled. This happens when using the "Open Recent" menu. Opening a file with the ordinary "Open" command works fine. Also, this only happens when you first launch the application. Once you have opened a file and the menus have become enabled, "Open Recent" then works correctly.
