Consistent Stave Spacer?

In this video at 0:30, there is a slight space between the 1st Voice staff and the 2nd Voice staff. I assuming that this is because of the lyrics in the 5th measure. Is there a way to add consistent space between two staves in Musescore? The staff spacer only works for one page of the score.

You are right it's because of the lyrics. If not the spacing would be consistent. You could try to play with Style -> General Style -> Page -> Lyrics upper/lower margins.
