4. Press right twice.
Result: Notes are skipped.

Comments
If you drag-select the G in beat 2 of bar 10, the rest of the bar is selected.
Pressing right arrow after a range selection defaults to navigating voice 1, which in this case means going to the hidden voice 1 half rest and then onwards.
This works as expected in 3.6.2
